You’ve made a wonderful choice for your daughter’s future. Let’s get her officially enrolled — it’s easier than you think!
Gather Required Documents
Before you begin, collect the items below. Having everything ready makes the process quick and smooth. Check each item off as you go!
- Student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
- Updated Immunization Records
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Two (2) Proofs of Address (utility bill, lease agreement, bank statement, etc.)
- Completed Student Enrollment Form (download below)
- Recent Physical Exam (within the last 6 months, or use our Health Assessment form below)
Rising 7th Graders — Important!
Maryland requires additional immunizations before entering 7th grade, including a Tdap booster and meningococcal vaccine. Please contact your scholar’s pediatrician now to make sure she’s up to date. This can take time to schedule, so don’t wait!
